What insurance do you accept?

Currently, our Medical Providers are In-Network with:

• United Healthcare/Optum

• Cigna/Allegiance/Evernorth

• Aetna

• Humana

• Tricare East

• Florida Health Care Plans

• Parrish Health Network

• Medicare

• Effective November 4th, 2024 (11/04/2024) We will be able to accept BlueCross Blue Shield/Florida Blue plans.

What is your office fee to be seen if you aren’t in my network?

Give us a call at 321-507-4033 and we can discuss your options. We will try and get as close as we can to what you may expect to pay- but we cannot guarantee anything until we have a conversation to see what works for you.

I would encourage you to call us at 321-507-4033 to discuss your case and what options we have so that you can get seen as soon as possible and not delay your care on account of financial restraints.
